Garantizar el abastecimiento estratégico, oportuno y costo-eficiente de materiales directos (más de 3,500 SKUs), asegurando la continuidad operativa durante lanzamientos, transferencias de líneas y nuevos proyectos, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad, costo, entrega y servicio requeridos por clientes OEM y normativas como IATF 16949.

1️⃣ Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce total landed cost.

  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers aligned with global sourcing strategies.

  • Lead RFQs, cost breakdown analysis, and should-cost modeling.

  • Drive Net Cost Savings aligned with VP GSM targets.
