The Superintendent oversees field operations for commercial roofing, sheet metal, siding, and aluminum composite material projects, ensuring high-quality installation, safety, and efficient use of resources. This role closely partners with project managers, project engineers, general contractors, and field crews to deliver projects on time and within budget across multiple job sites.
Responsibilities
+ Facilitate successful jobsite project installation in close partnership with project managers, project engineers, general contractors, and installers.
+ Mentor and train field crews to improve efficiency, production, and quality of work.
+ Participate in project turnover meetings and all construction meetings required by the general contractor.
+ Forecast material and personnel needs to ensure projects run smoothly and remain within financial and schedule constraints.
