Full-Time · Senior Leadership · Nairobi, Kenya | Start Date: July 2027 POSITION OVERVIEW The Superintendent serves as the spiritual, academic, and operational leader of the school, ensuring that all programs, personnel, and initiatives align with the school’s Christ-centered mission and vision.


This role provides strategic leadership across curriculum, faculty development, policy implementation, school-wide planning, and community engagement while fostering a positive, spiritually nurturing, and academically excellent environment.


The ideal candidate is a committed follower of Jesus Christ with demonstrated educational leadership experience in a North American context, strong administrative skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for international Christian education.
