Job Overview

EllisDon seeks a Superintendent to manage large complex construction projects from design through completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall construction management, including design, budget, and schedule, in conjunction with the Project Manager, owners, engineers, and architects.
• Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor progress and support the team.
• Mentor project team members to foster career growth and development.
• Advise senior management of potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties while assisting in resolving conflicts.
• Monitor, interpret, and forecast a project’s cost reports to maintain a positive cash flow and alignment with estimates.
