Responsibilities
+ Understand unique project features and ensure they are reflected within the budget, including schedule and general conditions.
+ Review and update budget clarifications and exclusions with each update and track changes via a budget log.
+ Assist the owner and design team in mitigating cost overruns and meeting client expectations.
+ Finalize the Owner Contract, including clarifications, exclusions, and schedule.
+ Ensure the production, quality, safety, and timely profitable completion of projects, working directly and with the superintendent.
