Multistorey – Tenant Improvement – Superintendent – WinnipegI am working with a newly established general contractor specializing in new builds, multifamily developments, tenant improvements, and renovations.We’re looking for a Superintendent to take ownership of site operations. You’ll be leading buildings that include concrete parades and overseeing full-cycle construction from excavation to occupancy in a fast-pacedpany.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Running day-to-day site operations onmercial and residential projects
  • Coordinating trades, suppliers, and site staff to keep things moving smoothly
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are always on track
  • Travelling as needed
    • What We’re Looking For
  • Experience as a Superintendent on various projects
  • Someone who’s organized, proactive, andmunicates well
  • Open to occasional travel
