Our client is a leading EABL distributor based in Kitale and is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and results-driven DMS Super User to support sales operations through effective management of the Distributor Management System (DMS), stock monitoring, purchase planning, route settlement reporting, and sales performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure effective administration and utilization of the Distributor Management System (DMS).
Drive 100% DMS usage and compliance by all Van Sales Representatives (VSMs).
Monitor sales performance against targets and provide timely performance reports.
Manage purchase plans and ensure alignment with sales and stock requirements.
Maintain accurate stock records and monitor stock movement within the DMS.
Prepare and share Daily Route Settlement and Cash Collection Reports.
