Scope of Work

• Inspect the sump pit tank and sand trap in Basement 3.
• Remove accumulated debris, sludge, sand, and waste from the sump pit tank.
• Clean the blocked sand trap properly.
• Wash and clean the internal surface of the sump pit tank and sand trap.
• Remove unpleasant odor source by proper cleaning and disposal of waste.
• Check sump pump area after cleaning to ensure no debris remains around the pump.
• Dispose of removed sludge/debris as per site requirements.
• Clean the work area and hand over the location in satisfactory condition.

• 1 Sump pit tank cleaning, size approx. 3 m x 3 m x 3 m
• 2 Sand trap cleaning, size approx. 1 m x 1 m x 2 m
• 3 Sludge, sand, and debris removal/disposal
