Summer Trainee – Strategy, Europe Operations

Responsibilities

• Support strategic analyses and market insights (industry trends, competitive benchmarking, geopolitical impacts)
• Contribute to strategic projects and deep dives on priority growth areas
• Help structure and develop executive‑level presentations
• Analyze market opportunities, value pools, and business cases
• Support country and segment strategies across Europe
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (finance, marketing, operations, business units)

Requirements

• Top‑tier University student (Engineering, Economics, or Business)
• Strong academic track record
• Previous experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to structure complex topics into clear narratives
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
