Regulatory Summer Student (Saskatoon)

Reporting to the Regulatory Manager, this position is responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities

• Assist with the achievement of regulatory objectives of maximizing performance and minimizing impacts to operational timelines
• Support the project approval process
• Support cross‑disciplinary, integrated and collaborative project development process
• Assist in the preparation of submissions to provincial and federal regulatory agencies including the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission
• Assist in tracking regulatory commitments and obligations
• Assist in the management of regulatory records
• Assist with the review of the best practices, policies and regulations in the field of health, safety and environmental protection
