Position Summary

Pangman Daycare Inc. is accepting applications for two full‑time summer student Early Childhood Educators. The daycare provides care for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age, Monday to Friday from 6:45 am to 6:15 pm. Employment is from June 27 to August 28 (up to 8 weeks), with a 2‑month contract that may extend into the fall.

Responsibilities

  • Assist children in daily care routines.
  • Plan and implement age‑appropriate programming.
  • Ensure the center and toys are properly sanitized for daily use.
  • Prepare snacks and help children while eating.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation.

Eligibility

  • Education: Grade 10 or higher.
  • Experience: 0–6 months.
  • Must be a summer student in high school or post‑secondary education.

Requirements

  • Vulnerable sector check.
  • First Aid and CPR.
