Description

Union Pacific Law Clerks will be part of a comprehensive program that provides law students completing their first year of studies with the opportunity to intern with the in-house legal team at Union Pacific Railroad. Participants will receive firsthand experience collaborating with our legal team in areas such as transportation, intellectual property, commercial contracts, supply chain, regulatory matters, litigation, employment law, and other legal matters.
