The role involves ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children aged 4–11 during swimming sessions, monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, and responding to emergencies. Candidates must possess First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications, along with strong swimming abilities and excellent communication skills.
