SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant to support a large-scale HR transformation project. This is a remote contract with occasional travel to New Brunswick , starting part-time and ramping up to full-time .

Key Responsibilitie

• sLead the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) workstream
• .Conduct payroll design workshops and gather business requirements
• .Configure and deliver end-to-end Employee Central Payroll implementations, including testing and cutover
• .Provide expertise in Canadian Payrol l, particularly within unionized environment s
• .Manage offshore support resources and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders
• .Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
