Intermediate to Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 3+ full‑life cycle implementations and multiple module certifications (Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Recruitment Marketing, Recruiting, Learning Management System, Compensation, Variable Pay, Time Off, Benefits, etc.). Responsible for leading complex implementations, troubleshooting conflicts between business requirements and system functionality, and acting as a hands‑on application expert.
