Key Responsibilities


- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay


- Configure compensation templates, worksheets, eligibility rules, budgets, and guidelines


- Set up merit, bonus, stock, and lump sum planning processes


- Configure compensation forms, route maps, and workflows


- Design and implement business rules and foundation objects


- Conduct workshops with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders


- Translate business requirements into functional specifications


- Provide best practice recommendations for compensation planning cycles


- Design compensation structures aligned with company policies


- Integrate Compensation module with:

o Employee Central

o Payroll systems

o Third-party HR systems


- Manage data imports, exports, and template configurations
