Role Overview

The role involves providing pastoral care and safeguarding support, working closely with curriculum teams, and identifying learner needs to arrange appropriate interventions. This position is designed for individuals who are team players and passionate about helping young learners reach their full potential.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build a rapport with learners, and have experience of working with young people. The role also requires knowledge of external agencies and support services, as well as understanding of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.

All posts are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Clearance through the DBS, references that cover the last two years of employment and online screening. Other checks may also be required. Employees must have Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2.
