Substation professionals for energy infrastructure projects, Site Manager / Site Engineer

• You will work as a Site Manager, Site Engineer or specialist in Destia's Energy Infrastructure team delivering substation, transmission grid, BESS and data center projects across Finland in a permanent full-time role.
• You will lead technical coordination and execution of substation projects including schedule and resource monitoring, supervising subcontractors, quality assurance, testing and commissioning, and stakeholder management.
• The role requires a degree in electrical engineering, experience in substation or industrial projects (preferably 110–400 kV), testing and commissioning experience, good Finnish and English skills, and willingness to travel within Finland.
