*Substation Apprentices*shall be workers, who because of their proven ability or aptitudes, have been selected for training, through a four (4) year apprenticeship to become a Substation Journeyman. They shall be qualified through knowledge and experience to assist Substation Journeymen in a satisfactory manner.
