Responsibilities
- Develop and execute subscription business acquisition strategies through activation channels, partnerships, and agency networks
- Lead end-to-end activation programs, including planning, execution, operational readiness, and performance evaluation
- Manage activation activities such as booth operations, on-site promotions, and partnership events to drive customer acquisition and subscription growth
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise sales team to ensure operational excellence and target achievement
- Monitor lead generation and optimize conversion performance across activation channels
- Ensure high-quality customer engagement, accurate product communication, and consistent brand experience
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, malls, event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth activation execution
