Submittals Manager

Overview

GFT is seeking a Project Manager, Submittals to support the needs of several heavy civil/rail infrastructure projects in the GTA region. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at our Toronto office.

Responsibilities

• Manage submittals team and the full submittal process, ensuring timely, accurate submission, review, and approval of all project documentation in compliance with contract requirements and specifications.
• Develop and maintain the submittal schedule, track and report submittal status, and ensure all records, logs, and files are accurate and up to date. Prepare, distribute, and coordinate submittal packages, proactively follow up on outstanding items, and resolve issues to keep reviews on schedule.
