GDC was formed in as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to accelerate the development of geothermal resources in Kenya. GDC is tasked with developing steam fields and selling geothermal steam for electricity generation to KenGen and to private investors


Company Secretary & General Manager – Legal Services

Duties and responsibilities will entail: –

  • Spearheading guidance and advice on the day-to-day management of the company including compliance with legal, governance and statutory requirements

  • Providing technical leadership to teams in the Directorate to enable them to develop, implement and evaluate strategic management plans and budgets aimed at improving performance standards and achievement of organizational goals
