Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Human Services
Location: India (Remote)
Availability requirement: Minimum 20-30 hours per week
Required Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Social Work, Human Services, Family Studies, Sociology, Community Development, Psychology, or related discipline.
Required Skills
Knowledge of family studies, social services, and community resources.
Understanding of counseling principles and interpersonal communication.
Familiarity with ethics, cultural competency, and community engagement.
Ability to review instructional materials for relevance and accuracy.
Strong subject matter expertise in the assigned career cluster.
Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, or educational publishing.
Knowledge of state standards, curriculum correlation, and standards mapping.
Ability to review instructional materials for technical accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness.
