Responsibilities:
- Ensure all relevant Quality Assurance Procedures and SOPs are always observed.
- Liaise with internal department stakeholders and sub‑contractors (both in‑house and out of yard).
- Lead and devise improvement initiatives for existing processes, policies and procedures.
- Maintain a list of reliable sub‑contractors to complement the organization workforce through:
- Screening and registration of new sub‑contractors.
- Revalidation of existing sub‑contractors.
- Post‑project evaluation of sub‑contractors.
- Ensure adequate information/requirements are supplied for sub‑contractor tenders.
- Prepare commercial terms/bid analysis and negotiate with sub‑contractors, if necessary.
- Ensure the coordination of all sub‑contracting work for specific projects is in place.
