Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all relevant Quality Assurance Procedures and SOPs are always observed.
  • Liaise with internal department stakeholders and sub‑contractors (both in‑house and out of yard).
  • Lead and devise improvement initiatives for existing processes, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a list of reliable sub‑contractors to complement the organization workforce through:
  • Screening and registration of new sub‑contractors.
  • Revalidation of existing sub‑contractors.
  • Post‑project evaluation of sub‑contractors.
  • Ensure adequate information/requirements are supplied for sub‑contractor tenders.
  • Prepare commercial terms/bid analysis and negotiate with sub‑contractors, if necessary.
  • Ensure the coordination of all sub‑contracting work for specific projects is in place.
