The Role:
What you’ll be doing. This isn't just about filing paperwork; you’ll be the commercial engine room, supporting the Operations, Procurement, and Contract Management teams. Your mission is to ensure every subcontract is compliant, on track, and financially sound.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Cost Mastery: Ownership of the subcontract cost lifecycle. From verifying payment claims and invoices to forecasting and tracking spend against total value.
• Variation & Claim Management: Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating change orders and claims. You’ll be the one ensuring variations are closed out in line with strict project timelines.
