Subcontract Engineer

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Subcontracts Engineer for our client location- Vadodara, Gujarat.

The Subcontracts Engineer is responsible for overseeing the identification, selection, and management of subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves negotiating and awarding subcontracts, monitoring subcontractor performance, and maintaining effective communication between internal teams and external subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Subcontractor Selection & Procurement:

o Identify and evaluate potential subcontractors based on project needs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

o Issue and manage Request for Quotation (RFQs) for subcontracted work.
