Protingent has an exciting contract opportunity for a Subcontract Administrator with our client in Kent, WA.
Job Responsibilities: Manage cradle-to-grave procurement activities, including sourcing, quoting, negotiating, placing, and closing out purchase orders and subcontracts. Support New Product Integration (NPI) within SCM, ensuring new components and suppliers are successfully introduced into the supply base. Execute purchasing activities for hardware, components, materials, and services in support of program needs. Proactively follow up and track open orders, supplier commitments, and delivery schedules to mitigate risk and prevent shortages. Serve as an embedded member of cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), representing SCM and driving procurement strategy aligned to program objectives.
