Sub-System Technical Manager – SWE

Plan and execute vehicle projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for SWE organization at the vehicle level. Lead cross-functional teams within SWE organization, providing guidance and support to team members. Communicate vehicle requirements and provide support to Core Engineering Teams as needed. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report to stakeholders regularly. Manage project budgets, including cost rollup and budget allocation. Oversee GIMS/Issue Management and burn-down processes, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Identify the need for and coordinate War Rooms when necessary. Lead Assembly Plant Pilot builds, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of any issues.
