Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sub-Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual management of software and technology subcontractors throughout the contract lifecycle. The role will focus on software licensing, supplier governance, contract novation, and handback/exit management, ensuring commercial, legal and operational risks are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontract agreements from award through to completion, renewal and termination.
  • Lead the commercial and contractual management of software licensing agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
