Purpose:

The Information Technology Assistant is responsible for providing network, software application and project related support.



Education:

Must be enrolled as a York student.



Experience:

Previous work experience may be considered.

1. Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of technology and equipment.

2. Ability to learn and use a variety of computer applications.

3. Ability to recognize and solve problems.

4. Ability to generate new ideas or recommend changes to existing programs.

5. Ability to gather and organize a large amount of information.
