Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the supervision, monitoring and administration of the Online Traditional Bingo with primary focus for the entire process, standard operating procedure and accuracy of games delivered while ensuring the high level of customer service
  • Ensures that games are being delivered in accordance with standard operating procedure set by the company and with adherence to the compliance standard from PAGCOR
  • Awareness of the upcoming online bingo promos
  • Coordinates with the corresponding teams of Studio Host
