Studio Operations Lead – Design RTW & B&A

Marimekko is seeking a Studio Manager in Helsinki to lead the RTW and B&A Design team, coordinating the design process and providing operational ownership. You will drive continuous improvement, foster a learning culture, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth day-to-day operations.
