Studio Manager – RTW & B&A Design

Join Marimekko’s HQ in Helsinki as a Studio Manager for the RTW & B&A Design team. You will play a key role in coordinating the design process, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, and providing operational ownership and leadership.

Main Responsibilities

  • People leadership and development of the Design RTW and B&A team.
  • Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Own and coordinate the team’s calendar(s).
  • Drive continuous improvement across design processes and ways of working.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience acting as formal people manager, preferably for a design team.
