My name is Deanne Rose. I’m a Canadian Olympic Gold Medalist, professional soccer player, and proud Alliston local.

After spending my career training in professional environments around the world, I realized something.

Many people never get access to the quality of coaching, accountability, and support that elite athletes receive.

That’s why I created Rose Up Fitness.

Rose Up Fitness is a brand-new training facility opening in Alliston with a simple mission:

To help athletes and adults become stronger, healthier, more confident versions of themselves through individualized coaching and a supportive community.
