This dual-role position combines Studiolead withproductionmanagement for selected projects. The Studio Lead is responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the designStudio, including resource planning, workflow optimisation, and team lead across Production Managers and Designers. In parallel, the role oversees the end-to-end production of deliverables for assigned projects, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and cost control from briefingto final delivery.

Own and optimise the day-to-day operations of theStudio, ensuring effective resource utilisation, workload balance, and delivery.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Production Managers and Designers,fostering collaborationand continuous improvement.
