Studio Engineer

Studio Engineer / Vehicle Packaging Engineer supporting automotive design studios and Product Design Office (PDO) activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vehicle packaging criteria and bogey models to support Conceptual Digital Data (CDD) surface development.
• Support Product Design Office (PDO) activities including clay model development, mock-ups, spaciousness evaluations, and theme development.
• Coordinate fabrication and modeling teams for design validation activities.
• Provide milling and SLA data for clay models, aerodynamic studies, and rapid prototype parts.
• Lead weekly working-level meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with ASME, AME, Vehicle Integration (VI), HMI, Safety, and BCIW teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Complete Construction Sections and manage approval processes supporting CDD Style Freeze releases, including Gap & Flush validation.
