Job Description
We are looking for a part-time studio admin & front desk. You are highly organised and calm-under-pressure individual to join our team. This role is critical to the smooth daily functioning of both our Singapore and Kuala Lumpur outlet, with a strong focus on customer appointment management and payment coordination.
You will be the face of the studio, managing daily administrative tasks, handling client enquiries across social media, and ensuring a seamless scheduling experience for our customers at our Bangsar Outlet.

Key Responsibilities
- Confirming appointments and schedules using Setmore & WhatsApp for both SG & KL outlet
- Handle payment collection, verification, and follow-ups (SGD & MYR)
- Ensure booking accuracy, correct tagging, and clean system records
- Monitor and follow-up pending, rescheduled, and incomplete bookings
