Student – Waste Management

The City of Dollard-des-Ormeaux is looking for a student who is studying civil engineering at the college or university level and plans to continue their studies in September 2026.

Tasks

• Participate in the collection, analysis, and updating of environmental data (residual materials, pilot projects, performance indicators).
• Contribute to the monitoring of projects in the field, including note‑taking, documentation, and report preparation.
• Support the monitoring of subsidy programs and assist in the preparation of applications.

Public awareness and citizen relations

• Participate in organizing and leading environmental awareness activities.
• Answer basic questions from citizens about municipal programs (waste management, green initiatives, best practices).
• Provide support in managing requests and complaints by performing simple follow‑ups or preparing preliminary responses.
