DUTIES

& RESPONSIBILITIES



  1. Applies critical thinking and problem solving skills to semi-technical problems, known errors and workarounds.  If unable to solve, escalates issues to appropriate levels for effective and expeditious solution.

  2. Maintains a tracking system for reported issues, problems and solutions.

  3. Maintains admissions/scheduling/registration/graduation systems functionality through entering, verifying and ensuring accuracy of data as well as related systems setup and reporting.

  4. Performs regular audits of the student data in the systems and liaises with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of information including reporting, entering, or updating data.

  5. Creates and runs standard and ad hoc reports using SQL queries and verifies the accuracy of the data reported.
