Job Description
1. Student Support
- Be part of the school's counselling team to provide one-to-one counselling and coaching support for students' social, emotional and mental well-being.
- Support the school's student management and counselling team in strengthening restorative practices and student support.
- Conduct group and individual intervention programmes for students with additional needs in targeted support areas, including learning motivation and engagement, cyber wellness, peer relationships and social skills, and emotional regulation and behaviour across relevant primary levels as directed by the school.
- Conduct sharing sessions for teachers on student well-being topics as part of the school's ongoing professional learning during term period and/or school holidays.
