STUDENT SUPPORT NAVIGATOR – TEMPORARY FULL-TIME Anticipated Start Date: April 6, 2026 Anticipated End Date: April 30, 2027 (or return of incumbent) Assignment: Student Support Navigator FTE: Temporary 1.0 FTE Southwest Collaborative Support Services (SWCSS) is a collaborative partnership supporting children/youth and families. Partners worked together under the previous RCSD framework since 2013 and launched SWCSS in August of 2020 to continue to support the needs of students across the region. Reporting to the SWCSS Regional Coordinator, the Rural Student Support Navigator will work with three rural school divisions across Southwest Alberta to promote student wellbeing. The purpose of this role is to support school staff, empower families, and build capacity throughout the region.
