We are recruiting a Student Support Mentor to work within a secondary school supporting pupils with engagement and behaviour.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide 1:1 mentoring support


  • Support behaviour and classroom engagement


  • Encourage positive routines


  • Work closely with school staff


    • Skills & Experience


  • Experience working with young people is desirable


  • Supportive and consistent approach


  • Strong communication skills
