The Student Support Advisor is a permanent full-time position that provides pastoral care, support, advice, and guidance to ākonga (students) across all levels and disciplines. This role exists to ensure learners receive appropriate support based on their individual circumstances and abilities—enhancing their confidence, competence, independence, and overall learning experience. It also contributes to holistic wellbeing and capability‑building across the organisation. 

The appointing salary for this role will be between $49,500 and $62,000, dependent on skills and experience.
