Key Responsibilities
- Track student attendance, academic progress, and participation.
- Identify at-risk students and coordinate support interventions.
- Provide academic, personal, and career guidance to students as needed.
- Maintain and update student records and progress reports.
- Collaborate with faculty and academic teams to enhance learning outcomes.
- Organize student engagement programs, workshops, and support sessions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on retention, withdrawals, and progression.
