About the role

We're looking for a motivated and strategic Student Recruitment Manager – Emerging Accounts (SRM-EA) to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal sales role focused on accelerating the performance and growth of new and lower-volume recruitment agents—our Emerging Accounts.

Your primary objective will be to cultivate these partnerships, transforming them from low-volume contacts into high-yielding, sustainable Key Accounts. You will be the engine that executes our student recruitment strategies, working closely with our internal sales and marketing specialists to significantly raise the profile of Navitas colleges within your assigned network.
