Student Recruitment

This role is responsible for recruiting Pakistani students for international UG and PG programs through agents and direct marketing channels

**Timings: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Location: Phase 2, Lahore

Responsibilities:**

• Drive UG and PG student recruitment across multiple study destinations
• Manage, train, and support education agents to meet recruitment targets
• Monitor agent performance, targets, and compliance
• Deliver student and agent presentations, webinars, and info sessions
• Achieve assigned recruitment KPIs and enrollment goals
• Identify and develop new partnerships and recruitment channels in Pakistan

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
• 3+ Years of experience in higher-education student requirement.
• Strong networking, presentation & communication skills
