Job Summary
You will be expected to travel across the Trust footprint at short notice and travel within a reasonable timeframe. The primary purpose of the role is to provide line management, ongoing teaching, support, advice and guidance to learners. You will build and maintain good working relationships with workplace supervisors and assessors, monitor progress to ensure retention and achievement, liaise with HEIs and relevant supervisors to discuss any lack of progress or problems, develop action plans to resolve issues, ensure that education frameworks, guidelines and regulations are followed by learners and relevant supervisors, monitor and report on the quality of HEI support to ensure that the needs of Pennine Care and professional and regulatory bodies are met, and engage with quality assurance procedures to meet the Trust’s external standards.
