The Role: Working with the Strategic Projects group at the corporate office in Saskatoon, you’ll collaborate closely with Technical Services and our operating sites. As a Mine Engineering student, you’ll contribute to a variety of initiatives related to mining, operations support, and technical assessments. This role offers exposure to real-world challenges and the opportunity to support impactful projects across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Work with shotcrete/backfill design and distribution
• Assist in mine extension support
• Work with quality assurance and quality control
• Participate in ventilation, dewatering and ground control assurance activity conformance to corporate and site standards
• Complete technical memo and report writing
• Engage with corporate technical services personnel, mine engineering and geology teams at mine sites...
