Key Job Elements

• Provide direct on-site liaison support to our shop floor workforce to ensure they can access the information systems needed to perform their work.
• Maintain existing IT hardware and software systems, working with tablets, laptops, PCs, MS Office Suite, etc.
• Provide training, support and feedback on manufacturing IT projects as needed.
• Hybrid shift schedule that supports 3rd (night) shift workforce primarily with overlap into 1st (day) shift for training and knowledge transfer as needed.
• Hours are 12:00 AM to 08:30 AM.

Required Qualifications

• Enrolled in University or College in an IT, Manufacturing or other related program.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
