Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Support student management, engagement, and behaviour development programmes.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to identified students.
  • Coordinate and monitor student support plans and follow‑up actions.
  • Facilitate student reflection, mediation, and conflict resolution sessions.
  • Engage parents and provide support on student‑related matters.
  • Assist in organising parent engagement activities and school‑home partnership programmes.
  • Support Parent Support Group (PSG) initiatives and parent volunteer activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or related fields.
  • Experience working with children, youths, or parents is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a school environment.
