Key Responsibilities
- Support student management, engagement, and behaviour development programmes.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to identified students.
- Coordinate and monitor student support plans and follow‑up actions.
- Facilitate student reflection, mediation, and conflict resolution sessions.
- Engage parents and provide support on student‑related matters.
- Assist in organising parent engagement activities and school‑home partnership programmes.
- Support Parent Support Group (PSG) initiatives and parent volunteer activities.
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or related fields.
- Experience working with children, youths, or parents is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a school environment.
